They charged hidden fees and did not honor the quoted exchange rate. When I created the swap, they promised to give me 30.8 XMR based on a Monero price of approximately $329. I specifically chose the floating rate option, which means the final amount should reflect market movements. However, while my transaction was being processed, the Monero price was actually **falling**, not rising. Within a minute, the market price dropped to around **$325**, yet instead of receiving more XMR due to the lower price, I received only 30.5 XMR. This makes no sense mathematically. If the price of XMR decreases, the same amount of money should buy more XMR, not less. Based on the price movement, I should have received at least the quoted amount or even slightly more. Instead, I received significantly less, which effectively cost me around $90. It appears that additional undisclosed fees or unfavorable rate adjustments were applied during the swap, despite the market moving in my favor. I would like a detailed explanation of how the final amount was calculated and where this discrepancy came from.

These guys are scammers. I did a test exchange for $4,500. First, the rate was 1.5% different from the rates on OrangeFren. I went to their page and created an exchange, and the rate dropped another 1%. I also waited for my exchange for about 90-100 minutes. In the end, I received 0.2% less. At the time of receipt, the difference with their current rate on Orange was about 3-3.5%, but my coins were absolutely clean, and they couldn't give me any explanation or compensation. With such a small amount as 4.5k, they managed to cheat me out of $120. I don't want to imagine what they would do with 50-100k. Maybe they wouldn't even exchange them, if it was difficult for them to honestly exchange 4500 in two hours. I made all the screen recordings and screenshots of each stage of the exchange. 0/10 👎

Horrible exchange. Hold your funds and ask for KYC after making claims of high risk tags but not providing reasons. Every other swap on other exchanges has been smooth. Not this place though.

False advertisement I was supposed to get at least two dollars more and it did not show the percentage. I could've used something I thought the fee would be less than half of 1% but it was more than 2% and was still about those options.

Difficult to get assistance with transaction issues. Made a relatively simple error with a swap that ended up requiring multiple contacts and four weeks just for Exolix to execute a refund. KYC level (none) is good but be aware when making trades. Credit to OrangeFren for getting Exolix to finally complete the refund.

I used Exolix to exchange USDT for Tron on Ethereum, but it's really crap. After creating the order, they charged me a 0.7% commission, but when I received the payment in ETH, I found that it was 1.25%. Their support team informed me that the exchange did not pass our AML verification and was executed with slippage. I stated that I disagreed, and they responded, "The slippage did not exceed the acceptable limit. You should keep in mind that a floating rate was selected in this case, so some deviations may occur. If you want to receive the exact amount of funds, we recommend choosing a fixed rate in this case!" When I asked them to provide me with an AML assessment, they said the risk was 22% (I consider this to be low risk). It's funny that my checker showed me a risk of >50% on the funds they sent me on ETH. I highly do not recommend this service!

The exchanger scammed me for 3 XMR. The coin that I changed became more expensive during the exchange. The exchanger did not even pay the initial agreed amount. They brazenly stole 3 XMR for themselves. Do not make exchanges here! They cheat with the amount of the payout!
