They processed my application for a very long time, about 1.5 hours, and sent less than was indicated in the application, although I chose a fixed rate. But then they added the missing amount. I do not recommend this exchanger, it is very slow.
Used it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the speed - the exchange was processed after just one Litecoin confirmation!
They cheat with the payout amount and the exchange rate
