These guys are scammers. I did a test exchange for $4,500. First, the rate was 1.5% different from the rates on OrangeFren. I went to their page and created an exchange, and the rate dropped another 1%. I also waited for my exchange for about 90-100 minutes. In the end, I received 0.2% less. At the time of receipt, the difference with their current rate on Orange was about 3-3.5%, but my coins were absolutely clean, and they couldn't give me any explanation or compensation. With such a small amount as 4.5k, they managed to cheat me out of $120. I don't want to imagine what they would do with 50-100k. Maybe they wouldn't even exchange them, if it was difficult for them to honestly exchange 4500 in two hours. I made all the screen recordings and screenshots of each stage of the exchange. 0/10 👎
I exchanged 1000 USDT to ETH The transaction went smoothly and everything was completed within about 10 minutes from the moment the funds reached the exchangers wallet. I chose the variable rate option and actually received slightly more ETH than was initially shown on orangefren. Im fully satisfied with the service and can definitely recommend it
Froze funds and would not refund. Even after I sent ID and further info, they or their provider just keep asking for more like video logging into my computer. Their customer service tried to be helpful but in the end I had to lose my hard earned money or dox myself to a crazy amount.
