Very many issues with this service and in the end it is taking very long to even find out if my coins are going to make it to me or not. Also it is impossible to send the support staff an email, with my concerns. The contact page simply does not work from my understanding. I fear that I have simply just lost my money after using Octo Swap, I will not be using it again I will revert back to using BitcoinVN which I have yet to have any problems with.

I was given a price and while the price on the exchanges did not change the price given by MIXED kept getting worse for me resulting in me getting 1.42% less than the original quote. The time for the exchange to complete was long, first to the point of getting the price locked in after the deposit was confirmed, which itself took longer than it should have, and then again for my coins to be sent.

They charged $300 more in fees than expected. I do not recommend using this service until they learn how to fix their mistakes. I initiated an XMR-to-ETH exchange; the process was relatively fast and there was no volatility, yet they simply decided to charge a 1.3% higher fee. The exchange amount was $26,000. I am currently resolving this situation with the help of Orange support, as CCE refused to handle the matter properly.
