scammed me several times , takes hours to swap last time they offered me 100$ to remove my feedback and said we will fix the issue after that they scammed me again , they will never give you the promised amount and they will tell the chart has moved forget about them

These guys are scammers. I did a test exchange for $4,500. First, the rate was 1.5% different from the rates on OrangeFren. I went to their page and created an exchange, and the rate dropped another 1%. I also waited for my exchange for about 90-100 minutes. In the end, I received 0.2% less. At the time of receipt, the difference with their current rate on Orange was about 3-3.5%, but my coins were absolutely clean, and they couldn't give me any explanation or compensation. With such a small amount as 4.5k, they managed to cheat me out of $120. I don't want to imagine what they would do with 50-100k. Maybe they wouldn't even exchange them, if it was difficult for them to honestly exchange 4500 in two hours. I made all the screen recordings and screenshots of each stage of the exchange. 0/10 👎

Horrible exchange. Hold your funds and ask for KYC after making claims of high risk tags but not providing reasons. Every other swap on other exchanges has been smooth. Not this place though.

False advertisement I was supposed to get at least two dollars more and it did not show the percentage. I could've used something I thought the fee would be less than half of 1% but it was more than 2% and was still about those options.

I used Quickex for an OTC P2P trade. The seller sent the Bitcoin directly to Quickex under our deal, and that's where the problems started. The transaction was put on hold almost immediately over what they described as AML concerns. Fine — that happens, and I cooperated fully. I completed their KYC, provided every document and explanation they asked for, and answered all follow-up questions without pushing back. Eventually they confirmed the checks were complete and told me the funds were cleared and available for the exchange to proceed. At that point I explained that I no longer have access to the receiving address listed on the order, and asked them to send the funds to a new address under my control. A simple request. They refused — and from there the answers stopped making sense. First I was told an address change isn't possible because of their internal security policy. Then I was told they couldn't do it because I'm not the "real user" — which is hard to square with the fact that I had just passed their identity verification and AML review. Then the reason changed again, this time to something about their liquidity provider. Three different explanations for the same refusal, and no willingness to explain any of them properly. Since then communication has slowed to a crawl. Long periods of silence, replies that don't address what I actually asked, no timeline, no resolution. The funds are still sitting with them. I won't speculate about their intent. I'll only describe how it looks from where I'm standing: a company that found a technicality and is using it to hold money that isn't theirs. If you're considering Quickex — especially for OTC or larger amounts — find out in advance what happens when an order gets flagged, whether they will ever release funds to a different address, and what recourse you actually have if they decide not to. Ask before you send, not after.

Difficult to get assistance with transaction issues. Made a relatively simple error with a swap that ended up requiring multiple contacts and four weeks just for Exolix to execute a refund. KYC level (none) is good but be aware when making trades. Credit to OrangeFren for getting Exolix to finally complete the refund.

I used Exolix to exchange USDT for Tron on Ethereum, but it's really crap. After creating the order, they charged me a 0.7% commission, but when I received the payment in ETH, I found that it was 1.25%. Their support team informed me that the exchange did not pass our AML verification and was executed with slippage. I stated that I disagreed, and they responded, "The slippage did not exceed the acceptable limit. You should keep in mind that a floating rate was selected in this case, so some deviations may occur. If you want to receive the exact amount of funds, we recommend choosing a fixed rate in this case!" When I asked them to provide me with an AML assessment, they said the risk was 22% (I consider this to be low risk). It's funny that my checker showed me a risk of >50% on the funds they sent me on ETH. I highly do not recommend this service!

The exchanger scammed me for 3 XMR. The coin that I changed became more expensive during the exchange. The exchanger did not even pay the initial agreed amount. They brazenly stole 3 XMR for themselves. Do not make exchanges here! They cheat with the amount of the payout!

They processed my application for a very long time, about 1.5 hours, and sent less than was indicated in the application, although I chose a fixed rate. But then they added the missing amount. I do not recommend this exchanger, it is very slow.
